Edge profile on thicker blade takes some getting used to compared to thinner blades, harder to carve fine work.

Heavier knife will cause fatigue sooner than some of its peers

This fix blade isn’t full tang, however, it’s not a deal breaker. However, it’s not a deal breaker.

Must be wiped when wet as it is susceptible to corrosion. (as most high carbon steel blades)

The hard plastic retention piece on the sheath slowly wears away rubber material on on the tip of the finger gard

You will probably want to replace the sheath before long.
